Our full collection of products is available on our website, www.caswellmassey.com and you may order any products from our online store by adding them to your shopping cart and following the instructions to submit the order.
Only credit card orders can be taken online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Apple Pay.
The order information you provide will be sent electronically and processed the following business day. You will receive an e-mail within 15 minutes confirming your order.
We can only accept orders to be shipped within the U.S. at this time.

Occasionally we offer special coupons and promotions which are easily redeemable online with your purchases. After you have placed your items in the Shopping Cart, proceed through the checkout process with the coupon code handy. Once you are ready to complete your purchase, simply enter the code in the box labeled "Gift card or discount code" to apply the promotion.
If the box is not visible, you may need to click "Show order summary" located under the heading "Caswell-Massey" and to the left of the dollar amount indicating the cart's subtotal. Once clicked, your cart will expand and the discount box will become visible.

Returns
Since 1752, we have taken special pride in guaranteeing our customers’ complete satisfaction. That's why we continue to offer this guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange or return. We partner with Happy Returns, a trusted third-party, to offer free, contactless returns and exchanges.* Customers, including gift recipients, can now initiate returns and/or exchanges at their convenience! You'll be able to access your order details, select the item(s) you wish to exchange and/or return, and print a prepaid return shipping label (if required).

In most cases, refunds and exchanges will be approved upon acceptance of the package by the shipping carrier. Exchanges for store credit are issued as e-gift cards to the customer email address provided. For a refund to the original payment method, the credit card company determines when the credit reflects on the statement. The credit may take one full billing cycle to appear in your account.
All packages must be properly packed to prevent damage during transit. Returns received past 30 days, damaged or defective due to poor return packaging, may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Due to Board of Health regulations, we can only accept unused and unopened returns for the following items:

• Combs
• Manicure Implements
• Shave Brushes
• Shaving Razors
Please return all items to the original store of purchase. Caswell-Massey does not have a retail store currently. However, selected retailers have been approved by Caswell-Massey to carry our products. Return policies vary per store so please check with your local store for more information.

Free standard ground shipping applies to all US orders of $50.00 or more after any discount (excluding taxes). Free shipping is only available within the 48 continental US.
Caswell-Massey partners with UPS and the U.S. Postal Service for shipping services. The final shipping carrier is determined by our shipping system, so we advise entering a shipping address recognized by both UPS and USPS to ensure prompt delivery to your preferred location. We utilize UPS’ SurePost® service which combines the reliability and consistency of UPS Ground with the final delivery made by the U.S. Postal Service (USPS). All tracking information is provided by UPS and USPS. Please note that we do not currently offer international shipping.
Most orders placed online by 12:00PM EST will ship out the same business day, depending on product availability. This excludes periods with higher than normal order volumes, such as holidays or promotions. Orders placed online after 12:00PM EST will be processed the next business day. Phone orders are not processed until the next business day. Our warehouse is closed on Saturday and Sunday. Any orders received after 12:00PM EST on Friday will ship by Tuesday of the following week. All orders ship directly from our Edison, New Jersey location.

Separate orders must be placed for each shipping address. Each individual order must meet the requirements to be eligible for free shipping.
Currently, we do not offer shipping internationally. We only ship to the United States, including Puerto Rico.
We offer expedited 2-day shipping. Orders being shipped expedited must be shipped to a physical address as UPS does not deliver to a P.O. Box. Expedited shipping is not available for orders being shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.
Due to restrictions, any orders containing alcohol products such as fragrance, aftershave, or tonics cannot be shipped via expedited shipping.
Orders shipped to a P.O. Box within the continental US will be delivered by UPS SurePost®. Standard shipping times are 5-8 business days depending on the destination. We cannot ship expedited 2 days or expedited overnight to a P.O. Box address.
All orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will ship via UPS standard shipping and incur a $39.99 flat shipping fee. Free standard ground shipping promotions do not apply. Standard shipping time is 5-10 business days. No expedited shipment methods are available for Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. PO Boxes are not accepted as a ship-to address, a physical address is required.
Orders shipped to an APO/FPO/DPO military address within the continental US will be delivered by UPS SurePost®. Standard shipping time is 10-20 days depending on the location and shipping restrictions of the US post office. We cannot ship via expedited shipping methods to military addresses.
Applicable sales tax for your shipping destination is based on the total cost of your order (including shipping). Sales Tax is added to your order and displayed at Checkout.
Products
Most of our products are in fact genderless and work well for any and all. While some products have traditionally been considered "for men" or more "feminine" versus "masculine," we encourage you to experiment with all of our products since scent and fragrance are so personal.
Additionally, many of our fragrances can be enhanced when layered with other complementary fragrances, especially our single-note Centuries fragrances.
And remember, mixing products (like soaps, lotions, and fragrances) with different scents can help you create your own unique signature fragrance!
Yes, our Castile Soap is our most gentle soap, making it suitable for all skin types, especially sensitive skin. The Castile Soap is a vegetable-based soap, free of animal ingredients, that contains 1% olive oil (soap only) and does not contain any additives, including perfume.

We do not test our products or ingredients on animals! We are listed in the CCIC (Coalition for Consumer Information on Cosmetics) and the PETA (People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals) directory as a cruelty-free company.
Yes! The majority of Caswell-Massey products are plant-based and free of animal products!

All of our products meet the FDA requirement for a two-year shelf life.
Please stop using the item and return it to us for a refund. Seek advice from a medical professional to ascertain which ingredients may be harmful to your skin and causing allergic reactions.
"Triple-milled," refers to the production process that pushes the glycerin by-product back into the soap to make it gentle and mild. The three passes through the milling process also press fragrance in while squeezing water and air out. The result is a dense, long-lasting bar with fragrance that lasts to the final sliver. Caswell-Massey triple-milled soaps do not float. They are mild and gentle. Extruded soaps like Ivory have no glycerin, have lots of air, float and seem to melt quickly in the shower or bath. A 5.8 oz. bar of our Almond Soap can last up to one month in the shower. However, it may crack around the edges as it absorbs moisture. This is not a defect but a sign of a dense, triple-milled soap.

We recommend discussing with your doctor the best treatment for your skin, and we can provide a list of ingredients for all products for you to discuss with your doctor.
Perfumes and Eau de Parfums have the strongest concentration of fragrance, usually between 18-20%: scents such as Marem, Rose, Orchid, Peony, LX48, 2571, RÒS, OAIRE, and Jockey Club will all last longer on your skin and have the most sillage and strongest scent. Our Number Six EDP contains the highest concentration of oils, containing 20% fragrance oils.
Eau De Toilettes, such as our Honeysuckle, Gardenia, Lilac, Elixir of Love, Almond, and Sandalwood fragrances are the next strongest with a concentration from 12-14%.
Our colognes in Heritage Collection (Woodgrain Sandalwood, Newport, Greenbriar, Number Six, and Jockey Club) and our fragrance tonics in the Yellowstone Collection are next, with a concentration of 10%-12%.
Aftershaves and Aftershave Tonics have the lightest fragrance, and the initial scent is sometimes slightly more bracing with additives such as Menthol that help condition your skin and close your pores after shaving.
Our fragranced triple-milled soaps usually have a much lighter concentration of fragrance, 2%-3%. The scents that we offer in Perfumes and EDPs are usually also the strongest scents in soap, but will still be much lighter than wearing the scent.
How long a fragrance lasts and how it projects to others also depends on how you apply it. Pressing (not rubbing) a small amount of fragrance into your pulse points will last longer; if you prefer a lighter application, spray a 'cloud' and walk through. One application is usually plenty with our high quality fragrances. Fragrance oils also reacts with your body chemistry so everyone's results will be slightly different.
