Holiday 2022 Returns Policy Updates

For peace of mind during the sometimes hectic holiday season, we've extended our return window for the 2022 Holiday Season until January 1, 2023. This means that all eligible* items purchased starting October 31, 2022, will be eligible for return or exchange up until January 1, 2023. Since 1752, we have taken special pride in guaranteeing our customers’ complete satisfaction. That's why we continue to offer this guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange or return. Our customers can start an exchange or return by visiting our online Exchange and Returns Portal here! We partner with Happy Returns, a trusted third-party, to offer free, contactless returns and exchanges.* Customers, including gift recipients, can now initiate returns and/or exchanges at their convenience! You'll be able to access your order details, select the item(s) you wish to exchange and/or return, and print a return shipping label (if required) to initiate the exchange or return process.

The refunded purchase price reflects any discounts, promotions or coupons used at time of purchase. Due to Board of Health regulations, we can only accept unused and unopened returns for the following items:

  • Hair Brushes
  • Combs
  • Manicure Implements
  • Shave Brushes
  • Shaving Razors

Returns received past 30 days, damaged or defective due to poor return packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credits will be issued within 3-5 business days once all items are received, inspected and processed. All packages must be properly packed to prevent damage for the return transit. Your credit card company determines when the credit reflects on your statement, it may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.
