Gardenia Eau de Toilette

Smells freshly floral and wonderful! I love a good Gardenia fragrance!

The first Bottle I received arrived broken, leaking, and half of the Fragrance gone. The Replacement Bottle also arrived broken and not a Drop of the Liquid left. By the time I got to try the remaining Fragrance of the first Bottle, I could not use the Sprayer and with some of the Evaporation I might not have gotten the full Effect. But I was able to tell that it is a very fine, soft, warm, classy Scent; though I could not detect the smell of Gardenia. I don't understand why it's called Gardenia, when that Flower is only one of several Flowers used.I've had other Gardenia Fragrance before, and you could tell definitley that it was Gardenia. Also want to mention that Customer Service did a very good Job of taking Care of my Problem. I will shop with them again.

Gardenia is such a lovely fragrance, feels very feminine, natural and pure.

Very, very, very unhappy with the product that I purchased. Gardenia is one of my most favorite fragrances and your toilet has no fragrance at all. I doubt that I will ever order from your company again.

In the past, I’ve enjoyed the Caswell-Massey hand cream in the gardenia fragrance and it was heavenly. It smelled just like my bridal bouquet. This Eau de Toilette, however, was sharp and unappealing and smelled nothing like the lovely floral fragrance of the flower. I wonder if I received the wrong fragrance - or maybe it was turning to alcohol. Unfortunately, I won’t be buying it again.

I absolutely love the Gardenia Eau de Toilette. I’m so glad it has been restocked. I also have Rose Eau de Toilette and I’m very pleased with both. I have been shopping Caswell Massey over 30 years. It’s my favorite apothecary store!

It was good....my first experience with Caswell-Massey was great..so I ordered another body wash and it came with the lid unscrewed...now how it got packaged with the lid loose on the bottle is beyond me...how a packager missed that will packing defies explanation....I wrote it off as an honest accident....THEN...I ordered some of your scents...Botanicals and Sandalwood.....and what happens....one of the bottles lid as loose and some of the liquid had leaked out....What is going on folks? One time I can excuse....but happening again on a different product....I am not going to accuse anyone of intentional tampering...but either it is a packager or your manufacturer...but again, the packager should have caught this.....I will continue to buy your products...but am reserved now....Merry Christmas to everyone at Caswell-Massey...and a profitable New Year!

There are a lots of florals fragrance, but gardenia not always can find, especially CASW is the best, must have!

I ordered a small size to try out one of the Botanic Garden scents but I could not decide between Gardenia and Honeysuckle. The description of Honeysuckle said it has a musk base note and I do not like musk so I ordered Gardenia. White flower scents are my favorite so I thought I would love it. The order arrived this morning and I was disappointed that it smells nothing like gardenia, or even like white flowers, but like chemicals. I thought perhaps it might change after an hour or so on my skin but instead the chemical smell intensified and after an hour I washed it off. I wasted my money.

Lovely gardenia scent in a gorgeous bottle! The cap is not a flimsy plastic thing but has a heft to it like a well made item of quality. Will definitely be buying again!

The bottle leaked a little in the package when it arrived. Otherwise it’s great😁

It was a risky chance to select a scent for my very best friend and spouse for she does not care for a number of fragrances. However, the Gardenia was a winner from the moment she open the box! She loves its special blended nuance.

I purchase it for my daughter, she loves gardenia ; it smells delicious and it last the whole day ,thank you Caswell-Massey for such a delightful perfume!!!

My favorite scent. Spray it on before I go to bed, first thing in the morning after my shower, and several times during the day. Subtle and fresh. A quiet scent. I have had people say you smell good !

This does not smell like gardenia . In fact to me, it comes off as masculine. I am so disappointed. It is so hard to find a true gardenia scent and I thought this would be my holy grail.

It’s a very lovely gardenia fragrance that lasts several hours. 1 spray is more than enough & no need for rather silly “layering” other companies recommend. You do have to give it a minute after spraying tho for the initial “hairspray” smell to dissipate hence the star loss. Packaging is beautiful & very giftable. Overall, I’ve already bought my backup bottle.

The gardenia cologne is lovely with a very authentic long-lasting fragrance. I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.

my Garden ... only missing the leaves!! Soft, romantic, magical! I only wish the fragrance had a longer staying power .... seems to wear off quickly! The fragrance is heavenly tho!!

My most favorite is Elixir of Love No. 1. But after trying the 4 floral sampler fragrances, Gardenia is absolutely delicious! I loved it so much I ordered a small Gardenia sampler size for my sister. She concurs, it’s so nice.

Buying scents online is a challenge, but the small size and price tag make it a low risk gamble. The scent is strong at first but fades a bit and smells lovely. It also lasts a long time.

I bought the gardenia soap hand lotion and fragrance and none of them smells like the other. Perhaps gardenias smell different based on their environment. The lotion is closest to the gardenias in my yard in NC. The soap and fragrance are pleasant just very faintly gardenia and more other influences.

I love my Gardenia soap scent, but the spray did not have the same fresh flowery scent.
I hope you can improve it.

I absolutely adore this scent! I fell in love with it when I visited the NYBG in the Bronx and just had to have it! however this scent is very concentrated so you don't need more than 2 spritzes to have you smelling as fresh as a daisy!... well Gardenia actually. I will of course be buying more when my bottle runs out but for now ill enjoy smelling like my favorite flower!
