I recently switched from a Gillette multi blade razor to a safety razor, and I ordered this pre-shave oil to go with it. The oil works great, and it smells amazing! You can really pick up on cherry and the tonka bean notes, and the nuttiness from the almonds linger.

This was part of a shaving kit I purchased, and was amazed from the first time I tried it. It has a pleasant almond wake-up scent—but more important, it works like a charm! Rubbed in a couple-three drops, added shave soap, and experienced a smooth close shave. I use a safety razor, and this product is a perfect match. Definitely staying in my morning routine.

Pleasant clean smelling almond oil that lubricates my face so I don’t get razor burn or those nasty nicks that I’m prone to getting. I absolutely love this product and have ordered the subscription service to make sure I keep getting it when I need it.

I have used TAOS Pre-Shave oil in the past and I am hooked on this one! The other brand I used was Castor Oil-based which was great, but the additional benefit of Almond Oil in this version is much better and leaves your skin very, very soft all day and non-greasy after the shave. It reacts well with shave soaps and user friendly on my silver tip badger brush. The aroma is subtle and nice and balanced.

I consider pre shave the most important part of my shaving ritual; I generally use unscented. The almond scent is very pleasing.

This is a great preshave oil that will help give you a close comfortable shave. It does, however, add a step to your shaving routine. I use Caswell-Massey shave cream which already gives me a great shave but using the preshave takes it up a notch.

This is a good, light oil. It's not as thick as I expected and far less effective than Holy Smoke but less expensive.
