They were purchased as gift items; however, the condition they arrived in was great.

Most of the products I’ve tried leave a thick waxy feeling that transfers to everything you touch. This is a thinner lighter version that seems to do the job without that waxy feeling. Most of all you can touch your phone screen without leaving smudges. Easy to apply.

The product is easy to apply and softens rough patches very nicely.

I use this on my heels and it really softens the skin and makes it feel supple. I will not be without this again.

I have dry, sensitive skin and was a long-time user of Carmichael's Imperial Cuticle Cream. When that product was discontinued I tried many brands and did not find a satisfactory replacement. Then Healer All-Purpose Salve was introduced. It is the best replacement for Carmichael's. Although I still prefer Carmichael's.
My complaint is the container. It is too shallow to get a good grip and too wide to get a strong grip. I have had to use a wrench to help me open each tin for the first time. After that initial opening, it can be easily be reopened. I hope the container shape changes to something easier to open that first time. An easier opening container would have given the product 5 stars.

I use this healing salve most often on my lips and hands, especially in the colder months. I gave several tins as Christmas gifts this year and they were well liked by all.

I love this product. It is smooth and emollient, but doesn't feel greasy or heavy. I love using it on my lips before bed, as well as anywhere that needs a little extra love. I've used it on healing blemishes, scratches, cuticles. My middle child uses it for eczema and dry patches. I like the smell, it's more herbal than sweet. Doesn't break me out. I ended up liking this even more than I thought I would, and I assumed it would be good because I love CM products.

I got Healer All-Purpose Salve - which I was told was in place of it. It is not as good as the Imperial Cuticle Cream and I wish they would bring it back!

I've been using C-M stuff for decades. I recently tried Healer; it is just what it says it is -- a remarkable healing aid for the little booboos of life. This is a good thing, because Kiehl's stuff is no longer to be readily secured. My wife concurs; I'm ordering her her own tin, lest mine go missing. HIGHLY recommended.

I purchased the Heritage Healer as a substitute for the out of stock Carmichael’s Imperial Cuticle Cream. I am pleasantly surprised at how much I love it. The fragrance is mild and lovely. It is keeping my hands in good condition and I’m thrilled. Why it is marketed to men is beyond me! Highly recommend for anyone who has hands!

I enjoy the Salve. My hands are calloused and rough, this is one of only a few products that helps. The difference between this product in the others is it doesn't smell like medicine, or perfume. In a word, QUALITY...

It healed my dry cracked hands in about a week. It has a pleasantly crisp herbal fragrance, and isn’t greasy. Between the salve and the hand cream my are looking and feeling much better. I was able to take advantage of the 25% off new year deal, and use my military discount which is much appreciated. With the savings I was able to buy a few more items I wouldn’t have normally purchased. I do wish would they made a lotion, hand cream and shave cream in the jockey club fragrance, but anything Caswell Massey does they do it well. Try the salve, you won’t be disappointed.
