Face Wash

Easy to use, just moisten face, dab a small amounts on face and neck, work in circles with tips of fingers, you will see it working with foaming, then rise (I use a wet face cloth). Best I have ever used. Leaves skin clean, hydrated and glowing.

I had used Caswell-Massey's Greenbriar soap years ago and always liked the how it smells, so I was surprised when I got an online ad from the company, and delighted when learned the soap was still being made! Although I don't use bar soap often anymore -- it's so much more convenient, especially at the gym to use liquid soap in an unbreakable tube -- I'm glad to have Greenbriar in my home shower again. I only wish CW would introduce their classic scents to a new generation as liquid shower soaps; I can only imagine that all those young guys using Axe would be happy to switch over to a more subtle -- and more grown-up -- option.

Delightful and effective face wash. It moisturizes as it cleans and leaves a subtle, gentle feel and touch to my face. All other applications to my face are exalted because of the dynamic results of the face wash!!

I have been using this for a week and so far I like it. I don't know yet how well it cleans but like not having my nose assaulted by strong scents. Ask me again in another week!

Caswell-Massey is an American institution and a living tradition. Their products and customer service are excellent, and no doubt the reason for their enduring legacy.

Face washes for women can be expensive so I gave this a try because I love Caswell soaps & body wash. After 2 months my skin is noticeably clearer, cleaner and smoother. pores are significantly reduced. Little bumps are gone and somehow it is not drying out my skin. I use twice a day & will continue forever. You only use a tiny few drops for a nice lather. Great stuff!

I’ve used this face wash for about two weeks. The scent is very subtle, not over powering at all. What I did find is that just a little dab is all I need to wash my face and neck. A big difference from some face washes I’ve tried. My skin does feel clean without being dry so it appears the hydration claim is valid In my opinion.

First time using this product and I am delighted that I purchased it. I was eager to try a new cleanser that would allow my skin to feel clean but not overly dry or oily. My face felt refreshed and since using, I even seem to get a much better shave afterwards.

It makes your skin feel nice.

I’ve tried many different face washes from many different companies, however the Heritage Face Wash from Caswell-Massey seems most satisfying to me. A few drops provides the right amount of foam and cleansing without oiliness or over drying. A bit expensive but worth the cost.

As with all Caswell Massey products a little goes a long way. People might think the product is expensive but the value is in the amount of product you use. Typically half vrs regular brads. It works well doesn’t over dry skin and smells great.

Wonderful fragrance - cleans while moisturizing. I’m then ready for the All-in-One - including a remarkably safe and close shave in the shower.

You can immediately feel a difference with this face wash. A little amount goes a long way and leaves you feeling reinvigorated leaving your skin hydrated. The stuff smells great as well.

I was a Clinique user for years until they no longer carried the face wash I used. That forced me to look for an alternative. I have been very happy with Caswell-Massey's shaving cream which I have used for years. I thought, I bet they carry a face wash. I ordered 2 - 2.5 oz bottles. I love the face wash and highly recommend to others!

Just wish there was an exfoliating scum to match.

I don’t think I have ever used a face wash this good. It leaves the skin feeling great. I had already been using the Heritage Face and Beard Oil, and I can now combine them for max hydration. Since I have very oily skin, I still need an oil free moisturizer during the day, so hopefully that is in the works!
