I will likely look to this option when upscale gifts are required in the future, the service for this company including shipping is phenomenal.

It was a gift. Very wonderful but please don’t put me on your mailing list. Your catalogs are lovely but expensive to send out and I don’t want to throw them right in the trash. Bad for the environment

The quality of these soaps are magnificent. I actually couldn't keep them all to myself,but broke the set up to give to two others so they could enjoy it also.
American traditional quality.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my mother. She found most of the scents aggravated her allergies. She contacted them to try to exchange for the just almond set and they wouldn't provide a return label. She's elderly and shouldn't have to go to a post office during the pandemic and pay for the return postage on a gift. I don't care what the company return policy is, that's lousy and tone deaf customer service.

Caswell Massey soap is always a joy, but in this time of pandemic, it is even more of a joy to destress with its "softness". I am particularly fond of the "flavors" (aka scents) which comprise this collection. The packaging is exquisite. Caswell Massey soap has become my favorite gift to give, whether that be a collection or box of three,
and I love when the gift doesn't get given for some reason, and becomes a gift to me !
