Great scent and works like a champ

Nice scent. Lathers nicely in the bowl. Good cushion and lubrication. Good value for the container size. Very happy with the product

Soap is better

cream with lots of sheen, no peaks like the soap and takes lots of water. Strong almond out of the tub, no scent longevity afterwards. Washes off easily. No irritation. Bring back the soap, the soap is a way better product, lathers so much better and the scent lasts forever.

If I don’t have this shaving cream, I won’t shave

Seriously. Amazingly thick, rich lather, and fantastic scent. Been using it for years with a brush, and do so every time I shave. Lose the spray-bottle gel. Using this shave cream turns shaving from a necessary task into an indulgent pleasure.

Great Product

This is a really good shaving cream. It smells good, is really slick and washes off easily. Please make one in the Jockey Club scent, too.

Nice and Creamy

This is my favorite shaving cream by far. The fragrance is subtle, and the shaving cream is nice and creamy. It seems to even condition the face after use, which is a nice bonus. I have tried several other scents when they had them and found that the Almond is the most neutral. This gives me the freedom of using my Heritage Jockey Tonic aftershave to provide the fragrance I want after my shave and not rely on the shaving cream fragrance.

I have been purchasing Caswell-Massey almond shaving cream for some time now. It is without a doubt the finest shaving cream I have ever used, and at 83 I think that is significant. Not only is this product top of the line, but Caswell-Massey’s response and service is unbeatable. Highly recommend this company and their products.

Best Product in 15 Years of Shaving

I've tried a lot shaving cream products - including handmade soaps and all the well-regarded brands. Many of those were very good, but this is by far the best product I've ever had. Two recommendations: 1) get the almond pre-shave oil. The smell alone justifies the price and it lets the shaving cream go on much easier. 2) Use a decent brush. With a brush, you can shave your whole face/neck with a quarter size amount and this tin should last a long time. Really just a perfectly executed product.

I have been using this product with great satisfaction for over 30 years. I am very unhappy to find that one of the jars I just bought is totally different. The contents are now like a foam, no longer like the thick excellent cream I have know for years. I really hope that this was a defective lot and that you haven's cheapened your formula. Now its like an aerosol shaving foam.
