Everything about Caswell is amazing. I came across them on ticket and was able to order 2 gifts at the last minute for Christmas and was still able to get it on time. However, I wish there was a way to recommend Caswell to wrap it in a gift bag and add customized note card. I ordered the gifts for my mentors, so they knew what's in there right away. I feel like part of unwrapping a gift is part of the User Experience/Satisfaction. Overall Caswell is affordable and perfect gifts to give. But again, I wish I was able to pay extra just get it wrap and add a note like Dior or other brands do.
