Since 1752, we have taken special pride in guaranteeing our customers' complete satisfaction. That's why we continue to offer this guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it to place of purchase within 30 days for a prompt exchange or return.

Web and Catalog Orders

If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to Caswell-Massey within 30 days after your order is received. Return shipping labels are purchased by the customer and are non-refundable. The refunded purchase price reflects any discounts, promotions or coupons used at time of purchase. Any shipping costs paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable. All returns should be shipped to the address below:

Return Policy and Procedures

Due to Board of Health regulations we can only accept unused and unopened returns for the following items:

  • Hair Brushes
  • Combs
  • Manicure Implements

Returns received past 30 days, used, damaged or defective due to poor return packaging may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credits will be issued within 5-7 business days once all items are received, inspected and processed. All packages must be properly packed to prevent damage for the return transit. Your credit card company determines when the credit reflects on your statement, it may take one full billing cycle for the credit to appear on your account.

For your protection, please send all returned item(s) via UPS, or insured traceable parcel post. Return shipping fees are not refundable.

Store Purchases

Please return all items to original store of purchase. Caswell-Massey does not have a retail store currently however selected retailers have been approved by Caswell-Massey to carry our products. Return policies vary per store.
