Beatrix Rose | 50ml Perfume
Our Beatrix Rose Eau de Parfum is made in partnership with The New York Botanical Garden, and each purchase directly supports the park's work in plant research and conservation, horticulture, and education.
A true rose top note has little to do with those long-stemmed bouquets from the corner store. Rather, imagine the enchanting scent you encounter while strolling through a rose garden at summer's peak. Lush, feminine, as light as a warm breeze.
Together with the master gardeners at the New York Botanical Garden and renowned perfumer Laurent Le Guernec, Caswell-Massey captured that fragrance directly from a Heritage rose in NYBG's Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden. We blended it with a bergamot top note, a heart of black currant and fig, and an earthy base of vetiver with a trail of musk.
Heart Notes: black current & fig
Base Notes: vetiver & musk
We named the formula for Beatrix Jones Farrand (1872-1959), the most accomplished landscape architect of her time and the only female founder of the American Society of Landscape Architects. Beatrix left her mark on designs for college campuses, city parks, and the gardens of the White House, and was the original designer of the rose garden at the New York Botanical Garden. The Beatrix Rose fragrance derives from a carefully selected heritage rose in NYBG's Peggy Rockefeller Rose Garden.

My wife loves this stuff; I gave it to her as a M's Day gift. She likes the soap as well as the perfume. It makes her stink purrty...
This is the best!! Great new smell for me. You spray and walk into it; so fresh and authentic. It is quickly becoming my favorite.
Makes a great gift!
Light, fresh scent. One of the few floral perfumes that doesn't trigger a migraine for me.
