Shipping & Handling
Shipping & Delivery for U.S. Orders:
- Caswell-Massey uses the Ground Services of the United Parcel Service (UPS) for orders shipping in the Continental U.S.
- Orders to HI, AK and PR are shipped via UPS air and may incur additional charges. In most cases this is a five to seven day delivery time from date of shipment.
- Some products are not available for shipment to these areas.
- Please keep in mind that Caswell-Massey does not ship on Saturday and Sunday nor do we offer UPS delivery on Saturday or Sunday.
- You will receive an e-mail directly from UPS with a shipment tracking number and an expected date of delivery. This e-mail is sent on the day the order is shipped (which is typically one to two days after your order was placed on-line. (Please keep this in mind when requesting Expedited delivery)
Shipping & Delivery for APO/FPO Orders:
- All orders with an APO or FPO shipping address will be shipped via Parcel Post.
- Some products are not available for shipment to these areas.
- No tracking information will be provided.
- Parcel Post typically takes two to four weeks to continental U.S. addresses and may incur additional shipping charges.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses:
- Caswell-Massey will ship items from one order to multiple addresses within the United States. Simply follow the instructions during the checkout process to specify which items you would like to be sent to each address.
International Shipments:
- Caswell-Massey can ship to Canada via UPS. However, at this time we are unable to process Canadian orders via our website. Please contact Caswell-Massey Customer Service at 1-866-227-9355 to inquire about Canadian restrictions, additional charges or to place an order.
- No other international locations are available for on-line order placement at this time.
