- Since 1752, we have taken special pride in guaranteeing our customers’ complete satisfaction. That's why we continue to offer this unconditional guarantee: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it to place of purchase within 60 days for a prompt refund or exchange.
Web and Catalog Orders
- If you find you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return it to Caswell-Massey within 60 days for a full refund on the cost of the merchandise less shipping and handling. Include the completed return form (enclosed with your shipment) with the items to be returned to the address below.
- You can expect your refund or exchange within 4 weeks from the time you mailed your return back to Caswell-Massey. Returns will be credited to the original form of payment.
- For your protection, please send all returned item(s) via UPS, or insured traceable parcel post. Return shipping fees are not refundable.
