- You may order any products from our online store by adding them to your shopping basket and following the instructions to submit the order.
- Only credit card orders can be taken online. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
- The order information you provide will be sent electronically and processed the following business day. You will receive an e-mail within 15 minutes confirming your order.
- We can only accept orders to be shipped within the U.S. at this time.

Using Catalog Quick Shop
- Our Catalog Quick Shop feature is the fastest, most convenient way to place an order from our printed catalog. Simply enter the product(s) you wish to purchase by product number in the appropriate field and the quantity you wish to order. Your items are placed into your shopping basket and will be stored there until you are ready to checkout.
Redeeming Coupons & Special Offers
- Occasionally we offer special coupons and promotions which are easily redeemable online with your purchases. After you have placed your items in the Shopping Bag, proceed through the checkout process with your coupon identification number handy (the number printed on the coupon, postcard, email, etc). Once you are ready to complete your purchase, simply enter the code in the "Promo Code" box and update your shopping cart.
- Free items received through special promotions will not appear in your shopping bag until the end of checkout.
Redeeming Gift Certificates
- Caswell-Massey gift certificates must be presented in person at a Caswell-Massey company store or you may order via mail by sending in the certificate and any additional amount due for your mail order.
