Gift Suggestions

Gift Messages

• When you fill out your online order form, you will have the option of creating a gift message to be sent on a Caswell-Massey gift enclosure card. This is a complimentary service.

Gift Wrap

• Gift wrap is available on most Caswell-Massey items. Gift wrap is not available on our gift sets or gift baskets, which are in decorative packaging with ribbon, or on certain oversized items. Our gift wrap service is $2.50 per item. When multiple items are ordered, color-coded stickers will help you identify each gift-wrapped item.

Tracking Your Gift Shipment

• You will receive an e-mail from UPS with a tracking number and an anticipated date of delivery for your gift. (Provided an accurate e-mail address is provided during the on-line checkout process.)

Gift Receipts

• The Gift recipient will receive a packing list which will not show any prices. A copy of the packing list will be sent to the gift sender for your records.

Catalogues

• A Caswell-Massey catalogue is sent with all orders.

Gift Returns & Exchanges (Web and Catalogue Orders)

• If a gift recipient finds they are not satisfied with their gift, they may return it within 60 days to Caswell-Massey for an exchange.
• An exchange form and instructions are included with each order.
• No refunds will be given for gift orders.
